Well, Hopefully!!! We officially put our Condo up for sale. So, if you know anyone who wants to buy it send them our way. It is for $119,750 for 1250 sq feet and two bedrooms with 1 1/2 baths. The bedrooms are very large. Tile and two tone paint in the kitchen and hardwood in the front room. Carpet throughout the upstairs and stairs. There's ceiling fans in every room...so nice in the summer. LOVE IT! It is in the side by side condo complex next to North Shore Acquatic center in North Ogden. It is a great community thats very quiet and fun. Send peeps our way...
Also, I just wanted to add that I am so proud of Chad. It's a litte late but Chad got his grades and he did amazingly. He is a hubby, daddy, full time worker, and a full time student and he still managed to get almost striaght A's. HE IS PRETTY AMAZING!
