Dumb Computer

It is no secret that I cuss, but due to my child's ability to say whatever comes out of mine or Chad's mouth (oh, and aunt Kate!) I am working on my swears. But, if I wasnt...I HATE MY DUMMIE COMPUTER!!! It wont let me upload any pictures of the new little Kaleb.
But, until then...

Desperately Need Advice...

I cant believe that little baby K is coming in a week from now. So exciting. I cant wait to meet him and I cant wait for Jett to have a little brother. I am so so happy. Cant even explain it.

Now, on for my concern. Chad's wonderful boss is so good to Chad and I. He is always helping pay for his school and things like that. Well, last March he told Chad about a cruise he wanted to send both of us on. It is all paid for and we wont need ANY MONEY for it. Well, I immediately asked when it was and was told November 27 - December 4...UMMMM, thats a negative. My little K will only be two months old. Well, Chad went ahead and told him we would go. Of course I WANT TO GO, but actually going is another thing. Well, I figured I had months to make up my mind. I have been nervous about it for a long time. The other day his Boss called and said the cruise was cancelled for our saftey. I secretly was jumping up and down, problem solved. I didnt have to leave my baby and I wasn't the nasty mean person to make it happen. Well...before I could celebrate too much he said BUT I AM SENDING YOU TO HAWAII INSTEAD! Hawaii, a place I have always wanted to explore. Mexican Cruise I can live without....but Hawaii. It is two days shorter than the cruise and I wont be stuck in the middle of no-where for four days, unable to call my boys. Chad and I cant afford a weekend getaway let alone a Hawaii vacation. I want to go so bad, but my heart isnt in it because of my babies. Jett and little K will be without me. Plus, I breastfeed my babies. What if I cant get enough milk supply saved? What if K doesnt want a bottle? What if he doesnt want me when I come home?

So, my question is...would you leave your two month old for 5 1/2 days? Is 2 months to young? Do you think the breastfeeding will go on without a problem? Help me. I am so excited to go but I am devestated at the thought of it. It consumes my thoughts. I cant leave Jett and Kaleb....

Just What I needed today!

(mute my music at the bottom of the page!)

I saw this on a friends blog and for some reason the minute I heard Jeffrey Hollands voice it made me start to cry. I hadnt really even heard what said at first. I feel like I have been missing a great part of my life since I started working every sunday morning. I miss going to church and being with my boys there. I do go to the sacrament meeting at the hospital. It is so great that they even do it. It is a half hour long sacrament meeting that really adds to my day, but I miss what going with my familiy brings to me and I miss going to all the meetings. Also, lately I have struggled with my role of in life. No, I dont struggle with being a mom. But, I struggle with how important it is and I have been second guessing myself a lot. I love Jett so much and I worry about the little man I am creating. Am I teaching him everything? Am I stimulating his curiousity in the world and God correctly? Those type of things. This really helped me understand and feel a peace within myself I havent for a long time. I think since my Sister died I have been in a funk trying to comprehend how precious this life is and how important it is to live it correctly. So, thanks Natalie for posting this to your blog. It helped me today more than anything. I love being a mommy and wife and I love knowing that God loves me being both without being anything more. I am so blessed to know of the gospel.

Amee Ann

(Amee, KayDee, Cal, Me and Mistee)
Our Parents got a divorce when I was about this age. This is us five all together. We sure where cute then. Oh, how life changes Ü

Amee & Me

My Favortie Picture of Amee (oldie but a goodie)

When I was little I used to want to be Amee. She was so pretty. I wanted her curly hair and I thought she was so cool. She was so good to me. She pretty much had to be my mother when I went to visit my mom. She really was a caring person. I seriously thought she was the neatest person when I was little. She made the best Christmas candy. My favorite was her homemade suckers. I vowed that when I was "old like her" I would make them too. I havent tried yet, so this Christmas be prepared for some homemade suckers!!! Instead of focusing on my regrets when it came to mine and her relationship I am going to focus on the greats. I truely love her.

Loss

This past week my oldest sister passed away unexpectedly at the age of 32. I really cant even understand it yet. It drives me insane when I stop and think that she is gone from this earth and gone from her three beautiful boys. I love her and I know that she now knows of the love that everyone has for her and how much her Father in Heaven and her Savior love her. She will do great things I am sure now that she is with them. Sorry to share my feelings on here but I needed to get them out even if it is just a small little post. One day we will all experience death and I am sure it will be only then that I realize just how lucky my sister is. I am so glad I know of the gospel and the plan of salvation and that I KNOW of my Savior and his love. To all my family; I love you. Let us all remember to say that a little more. I know I wish I would have to Amee.

Brother Bear

Not the best quality because I dont have a scanner but here he is. Our perfect little man. It is still very strange to me that I have ANOTHER baby to gush over and I am nervous about how I will balance my time. Jett is my best friend and I hope he remembers that. Both of my boys (or should I say all three, gotta count Chad) are so precious and I hope I can treat them all as such. We are getting so excited ♥

Little Cowboy

Doesn't he just make you smile. He was telling the horse to "id up" the entire time. So cute. He looks so much like a Fitzwater in this picture. Reminds me of my Dad Ü

Cutest Kid?

I THINK YES!!!!
I was going through some papers and Jett yelled "Mamma" so I turned around and found this cute little thing staring back at me. He thought wearing Mr. Potato Head's glasses was the funniest thing and so did I. I cant get enough of this boy.

What a time...

We have had so much fun lately. First, on March 14 our little man turned TWO. It is so weird. He loved his Cars themed birthday. I made a Lightning McQueen cake with car shaped sugar cookies and got him two huge car balloons from the movie. He had a lot of fun and so did Chad and I. It was so fun having the fam get together. Next up was Easter. I had to work that Saturday so Chad and his mom and dad took Jett down to the Bees stadium for the Jazz Bears Easter Egg Hunt. Chad said it was so nice becuase there wasn't too many people. Jett got a tone of Eggs. On Easter we went to my sister KayDee's house for dinner. My family, Kate's fam, and Mistee's fam (and our little bro Cole) had the best dinner and the kids had an egg hunt. It was fun seeing the kids together. The following Sat Chad took Jett to Baby Animal Days in Logan (I had to work again). They saw all sorts of animals (even some cute baby bears). Chad said Jett had so much fun discovering the animals. I wish I could've been there. Breaks my heart, but I am sure it was some good bonding time for the boys. If this summer is anything like the past month, we are going to be BUSY. Bring it on already...NO MORE SNOW!!!! (Picture post below)

Seriously?

We have been potty training Jett for a long time. He usually does well going pee but he will never go "the other one". Well, this week I decided to go hard core and just get it over with. Well, yesterday he only had one accident...but today, he has had FIVE in the last two hours. And I am talking peeing rivers, not a little here and there. It has been a ton. Whats a mommy to do? Crazy kid!!!

Little Turd

I have been searching for two days for the knob off of Jett's dressor. It is to the side door that you have to have a knob to or your cant open without a struggle. Well, tonight I could hear Jett playing with the door trap to our central vac upstairs. I went in the hall and he had his block Elmo sitting in front of him missing an arm and two legs. I told Chad and he took the bag out and went fishing to see if they made it down or if they were stuck in the tubes blocking it. While digging he found the toys, a marker lid, a medicine dropper, and the KNOB! There was probably more but Chad didn't want to keep digging (do you balme the guy?) Silly little kid. Now, I have duc-tape covering the opening and I will just remove it when I use it. Little nerd...gotta love him. Jett sulked for a little bit after he got in trouble!

NEW YEAR FUN!

***Sledding***

My Handsome Boys

Jett loving going down the hill by himself!

***Going to Salt Lake to see Aubrey for her 26th birthday***
***Discovering that stickers stick to people too and not just objects***
I still cannot believe that it is 2010...growing up that seemed like only a year that movies talked about and not one that would actually come. I cant believe it. I am hopeful that this is going to be THE YEAR for Chad and I. Good things are coming (i.e. CHAD IS FREAKING GRADUATING) I am so happy that I get to spend this year with my boys and get to be a part of their life. They are so special to me and I love them. This year I am making it a point to be a better wife and mom...how might I do that?? I am working on my temper (gulp!), trying not to use swears as much (double gulp!) and I am going to basically give all my attention to my boys when I can. If I am at home I am going to try and give myself to them instead of myself. I want to do a fun activity with Jett everyday even if it is just coloring. I am going to try and watch and actually get into Chad's sports with him (gasp!) since they are such a big part of his life. I am going to make it a point to say I love you more often to my boys and not just say it, but show them. I am just going to try and be more committed to my family and by doing so I think all the other parts of my life I want to fix will fall into place. I love my little family and I am so blessed to have them. So, here is to New Years Resolutions and staying focused. Happy 2010!
