Jett Cracks Me Up

I was changing my nephew Easton's bum on my bed while Jett roamed around my room playing. He loves the closet and I know there isn't anything he can reach to hurt him so I always let him play with the shoes. I was singing away "If you're happy and you know it" to E because he loves that song so I couldn't really hear all that well (not the best singer). When I finished changing E I realized Jett was extremely quiet. NEVER A GOOD SIGN. I poked my head into the closet and what do you know, Jett had climbed into the swing (I keep it in there out of the way, not sure what to do with it now that it doesn't get used). He had the lap bar down and everything just swining away smiling from ear to ear ever so proud of his accomplishment. It's scary to think he climbed in it all by himself but it's funny. Gotta love the kid. He has no fear. Guess I gotta figure something out to do with the swing. Funny stuff.

Hey Everybody!!!

What's up I'm back! Yep you guessed it this is Chad. Cristel changed the password on the blog so I could no longer get on it. But look at me now! So I thought I would write a post and tell you about my wonderful day. It was super!!!! I went to work and I installed six wonderful air conditioners on this beautiful February day. I was soooo excited for the gorgeous day. Oh I just can't tell you how happy it was to work today. This feels so good to be blogging along all you bloggers. What a super place to tell you about my beautiful day. I mean the birds were out chirping, the sun was shining, and I got to listen to that wonderful talented filled music they call country. Could it get any better? Man this is awesome you guys. Blogging is hella-cool. Until next time my friends. Peace.

Jett and Sage got their pics done together

Sage is so fascinated with Jett. He always has to be touching him or something. He cracks me up. When we were getting their pics done he just leaned over and planted a kiss on him. It was cute.


I love that they are so close. They will always be best buddies. Jett was born March 14 and Sage was born two days later on March 16 even though he wasn't supposed to until April 18...I like to think he didn't want Jett to be here without him, such a good cousin :)

I was watching t.v. this morning and looked over and noticed the boys' shoes like this. Doesn't it look cute. Chad has such big feet...size 13 and Jett's are so small (even though he has big feet for a baby). I love it. So stinking cute.

Hey, it's the other half of this family, the man of the house, Chad. Just wanted to shout out to all you bloggers and say keep on blogging!!! It's what I look forward to every single day of my life. Warning: Long post that can be considered TMI

The past couple of days my little Monk has decided that he wants nothing to do with nursing. He spits out his binkie as excited as can be, latches on, and BITES me before pulling away. So, considering that he hasn't nursed in three days and I have never been able to pump (really weird I know, nothing comes out) I am no longer able to breastfeed. But, I am sure Monk doesn't mind. He weaned himself and last night it all hit me. My little boy doesn't want/need me anymore. He is old!!! He's only 11 months, I thought that we had another month together. I struggled with nursing the first two months. It was hard, it hurt, it frustrated me, it worried me that he wasn't getting enough; but, after that I grew to absolutely love it. It was our thing together. I loved holding him in my arms and knowing that I was the only one in the world that could provide him with that. I even secretely enjoyed getting up at 2:00 am in the dark quietness of his room cuddling with him while he nursed. Now, it is all over. I bawled like a baby last night about it. Chad sat there and let me cry in his lap (I could hear him fighting off his laughter). I am sad, but I am know that just being with him everyday and watching him learn and grow is just as amazing. He is the best part about everyday and he continues to melt my heart everyday. So, farewell nursing...until we meet again!!!!

Tramatic Experience at the Romero Home

We have a beta fish named Fletcher (since we had to get rid of Raider, we got a fish) and he is unusually dirty. I have to change his bowl almost ever other day...might have something to do with my OCD and Cleaning :)...but either way I do it alot. Today I put him in his little bowl that he swims in while I clean the other bowl. I put new fresh water in his bowl and needed to wait until it got to room temperature. I left Fletch in his little bowl and went in the living room to play with Jett. I came back in a little while later and to my shock and surprise Fletch wasn't in his little bowl. HE WAS ON THE COUNTER. He must've flipped out or something. He wasn't breathing. I immediately starting hoping up and down panicing in my girly voice all the while Jett looked on staring at me like I was a freak. I didn't want to touch the fish beings that he is slimy and probably dead so I got the net and tried maneuvering him in it. HE STARTED FLOPPING AND JUMPING AGAIN. Scared the crap out of me. Finally I got him back in his big boy bowl and he swam around. However, I am sure he has brain damage now. Who knows how long he was on the counter, but he just isn't acting like himself. He is swimming weird and he wouldn't eat his treat I tried to give him to make peace. I GAVE MY FISH BRAIN DAMAGE!!!!

HELP WANTED!

I printed out our bank statement the other day for the past 30 days and I was shocked and appaled by how much money I spent on groceries over that short time period. So...does anyone know how to use the Pinching Your Pennies website or any other method that helps in the coupon area? I have and account with PYP but I can't seem to figure it out (???) so if you know anything please let me know. I would really appreciate it. Thanks!
